One For My Enemy — Book Review

In my opinion, I liked One for my Enemy by Olivie Blake better than the Shakespearean classic it is adapted from. There\’s more passion, angst, pain, sacrifice, revenge and less melodrama which suited me.

I liked the dark setting that suited the overall tone of the story. But the characters could\’ve been more distinct from one another. There are times when they feel similar to one another.

The ending pained me a bit but the story needed it.

There were hits and misses but overall quite a page-turner.
